Our notarial services cover the entire range of real estate law. The focus is on the purchase and sale of real estate and heritable building rights and related real securities such as land charges. In addition, we are happy to assist you with questions concerning limited personal easements as well as easements such as housing rights, rights of way and pipeline rights or the granting of usufructuary rights. We are also happy to assist in the division of real estate into condominiums.

Access to our offices is barrier-free. The same applies to the Goetheplatz multi-storey car park, from which you also have a barrier-free exit after leaving your vehicle when using the lift there.

You can also reach us easily by public transport. The S-Bahn and U-Bahn station Hauptwache is only about 150 metres from our office.
