Prof. Dr. Elisabeth Schütze is a lawyer and civil law notary. She further teaches part-time at the University of Applied Sciences Aschaffenburg, among others real estate law and mediation.

In her practice she advises and assists her clients in all notarial matters. Due to her many years of experience in a major law firm in Frankfurt, Mrs. Schütze can respond precisely to the wishes of lawyers and companies in the transaction business and knows their requirements, also and especially in an international context. In addition to German, notarisations can be made in English as well as in Spanish.

However, Mrs. Schütze also takes a close look at private clients, understands them in concrete terms and develops individually tailored solutions for their concerns. As a mediator, she can provide particularly competent support for disputed notarial matters and challenging contract negotiations.

Elisabeth Schütze acts as an employer representative in the vocational training committee of the Chamber of Notaries in Frankfurt am Main. She is a member of the Institute for Real Estate Economics and Management at the Technical University of Aschaffenburg and Honorary Judge at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main – Senate for notarial matters.
